Once in spiritual hypnosis, you are guided to a higher place, like a beautiful garden or meadow, sometimes a forest with ancient trees or even a mountain, where your loved ones have gathered to greet you and spend time with you, catching up. Even your pets that have crossed over often join you and you can take then for a walk over the hills.
